How do I enable my HDMI out on my Asus Crosshair II Formula Motherboard?

HDMI and VGA are part of the video card not mobo. I don't see ASUS placing an integrated video card on such nice board.

Graphic card location inside an E520

The Dell 520's manual can be downloaded here. The PC's motherboard optionally has a VGA Video Connector (integrated) as shown on Page 1 of the manual. If yours is equipped with this option, there is no graphics card installed - it is built into the motherboard itself. It can not be removed or separated from the PC.

Your PC may have a a separate video card installed into one of the expansion slots on the motherboard. Page 1 also shows this installed below the USB 2.0 connectors as the PCI Express graphics card.

Here's an internal view:
4_17_2012_1_20_10_pm.jpg

The video card in the picture is driving two standard analog VGA monitors (blue cable connectors) through a DVI -> VGA adapter (white and clear devices) this is connected to the video output connectors. If you look closely at the edge of the PC in the picture (directly above the USB & network cables) you should be able to see an unused VGA Video Connector (integrated). Most computer BIOS systems will automatically disable any built in video capabilities of the motherboard when a separate video card is detected. Check the manual for additional info about these BIOS settings.

I hope this helps & good luck!

Why my VGA card is not readable on ZX-i945lm4 ???

What type is your VGA card and is it built-in or a PCI or PCI-E card? If it is built-in then make sure it's enabled or take out the CMOS battery and wait 5 seconds for it to clear its memory then re-insert it and boot up the system. It should work after reinserting the CMOS battery. Just configure your CMOS back. Such as, date, time and etc. Do not make any other changes to it until it's fully functional. Don't do any tweaks because that can also harm your system.

Bought new visionquest 19" monitor,

Nope it isn't defective. You don't mention from your question if you bought a LCD type or the CRT type of monitor. But I think you bought a LCD monitor right? My question here is where do you connect it? From the graphic card or in the onboard vga of your motherboard? How old is your graphic card/onboard vga? That is always the problem of an old graphic card because it can't release more pixels that's why it says out of range. Connect your old monitor it will work because it can support your graphic card/onboard vga. Buy a new graphic card with a specification that will suit to your motherboard and to your new monitor before it become a money waste

I cant play 3d games

Try earlier versions of 3D games.
Your computer is a somewhat older model. So try playing 3D games released around 2000-2002.
Try NFS 6 or lower, GTA version 2, IGI 1 & 2 etc.
If even they don't work, try replacing the VGA card with a compatible but better VGA card (Cards from nVidia might be a good option).

DON;T HAVE THE CD FOR INSTALLING THE 1800FP MONITOR

You should not need a cd for install ,it should pick it up right away . Unless you have like a card in system an a built in vga , cause sometimes the cmos will go to system vga first , and if the monitor has both vga and dvi you may have a switch to change back and forth . If you still want a cd if it is not on Dells web then it just don't need it .

Can I use 8MB VGA card in place of 32 MB AGP card

Assuming that the slots are the same (otherwise there will be a diference at AGP version) you can change this VGA, but you will get lower quality image (especially on videos). I don't know details for these VGA cards (brand / model) so I can't give you more details.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

Yes, problem. Motherboard Gigabyte M68MT-D3, with Galaxy GT430. Monitor Acer X193w. OS's, Debian & Win 7 (both 64 bit). All okay for 4 months, but suddenly today, initial start up screen...

You certainly have alot of options for graphics. If this was a one shot deal, maybe you don't have t worry about it. I would probably update my graphics drivers. Are you using on board graphics? If not, I would disable them. I don't believe this has anything to do with your GPU. If you would like to update your graphics driver you can do that here:

Vga cable color array i want to connect a pc to analo tv i want to make my own cables

Unless your TV has a component (Red/Green/Blue) video connector, you are out of luck for connecting it using the VGA output. Honestly, it's more trouble than it's worth, and VGA to TV adapters are very expensive. A much easier solution would be to get a video card that has a composite or S-Video output and use that instead. A lot of video cards manufactured in the last 5-10 years already have S-Video outputs on them, so it's possible your video card already has it. There's a picture of the connector on this page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-Video

Even if your TV doesn't have an S-Video input, don't worry - you can get an S-Video to Composite adapter for under $10.
