Question about Cell Phones
Samsung uses codes that are different for every phone. Because each phone has a different IMEI (serial code) each phone will have a different code to unlock it. If you have been with your service provider for a while then in most cases you can call them and they will give you the code for free. Just tell them you have business to do in another country, they usually understand. Your second best bet is to buy a code online. I recommend Ebay because most sellers are trustworthy, they are really cheap, and you can get your code usually within the hour if not minutes. Hope i could be of help.
