Question about Avaya Partner ACS 308EC (108463001) Expansion Module
Have Partner ACS 308. Loudspeaker paging does not work using Valcom speakers and power supply. I have good battery but no audio from port can be heard using butt set. #617 is programmed.
How can I be sure if port is defective?
I am not sure what #617 is but the loudspeaker paging access code on the Partner ACS is intercom 70. If no audio is heard from the paging port on a test set when this is dialed then the paging port is defective. There is no programming necessary to enable or disable the loudspeaker paging access code.

Your ACS has a known software bug. You need to contact the place you purchased it from. They will need to open a ticket with Avaya TierIII, and they will have to upgrade the firmware of the control unit.
