If your mozilla has been corrupted, you may attempt to use another browser like IE, Safari, Opera. Google Firefox. Select the first or second choice. Select download. Once you have saved the file, launch it and allow it to install to the default location. This will likely restore your mozilla.

SOURCE: Mozilla crash report
start firefox in safe mode. it disables all add-ons. sometimes its the addons fault. if it doesnt crash with all the addons disabled, pin-point the addon whos fauklt it is (disable one by one till it starts crashing)
if it still crashes with all the addons disablet, try to reinstall th mozilla. but even this doesnt have to work
it could be that some of ur programs are interfearing with mozilla (possibly avg internet security) so check what programs u have and do they interfear with mozilla
and sometimes theres nothing u can do.. i heard from some people who couldn't do anithing about that, it is mozillas fault... in tahat case addons are not to blame, reinstalling doesnt help.. i dont think anyone knows how to fix it in that case

Make sure your internet connection are ok try to ping under cmd (start-->run-->cmd) and type "ping www.google.com" (without quote). if timed out its mean the problem is your internet connection but if it look ok your firefox connection setting might not corectly configured. Try to using no proxy in firefox connection preference

Have you tried opening "Safe Mode"? Click on Start - All programs - Mozilla Firefox - Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode) and see if you can get it to open, uninstall all the 3rd party software and open it again regular mode and see if it works. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate and provide positive feedback for our fast-free response today. Thank you :D

You need to enter the URL (internet address) for your Comcast email into your firefox browser. Open your email in internet explorer and take note of what address is listed at the top of the window. Use this in your Firefox browser.
