If you can't return it see it the box has a phone number or maybe a nice customer service person will photo copy the directions.

cutting wire is just a piece of wire with something on each end to be able to hold it. Make your own with flexible wire and two washers.

As for creating pottery.. (use a small amount of clay to start, 1/2 lb) watch a utube video for "wheel throwing". Have Fun!

My daughter purchased the Motorized Pottery Wheel. The motor doesn't turn the wheel. How do I return the product as is?

best to inspect upon delivery when possible which is never, but you can contact the seller for a return postage ticket, you shouldnt have to pay for "unuseable upon delivery"

The pottery wheel seems more like a joke than anything else its not molding the clay its just pushing it around weve tried more clay and it realy does nothing whats the deal

Sure it's a joke, it's a battery powered piece of plastic, but I guarantee you that if that machine will turn under a light load then you can do some fantastic work with it if you're willing to learn. Do a little looking on youtube, you can find lots of information concerning potter's wheels there.

I don't have a solution, but my daughter also received this as a Christmas gift and while most of the markers worked at first, after only a few uses they have stopped. If you get an answer, I would like to hear it.
