What do you mean by master reset?

Do you mean you want to reset the BIOS settings to the factory default?

Do you mean you want to wipe your Windows operating system and reinstall it again?

I wanna reset my lapoto to factory settings

If you created a recovery disk on your computer you can put that in and restore your system. Sometimes this is also built in when you first turn on your computer and you can just press a button to go into recovery mode.

Hello sir, hi, relax, the password is being hold by the BIOS on your PC, remove the power, and the BIOS setup will go back to factory settings including the reset of your password. Just locate the battery of your BIOS setup, the small thin flat round thing on your laptop. remove the battery and turm on your PC, goto bios and set your bios again, replace the battery and thats it.
