Question about GE MiniCam Pro HO98756 Webcam
I have the GE MiniCam Pro H098756. My video fades in and out and is often very dark and fuzzy. Sometimes the screen blanks out. I have adjusted settings in Yahoo Messenger until I was able to at least get a sort of picture. Also the audio cuts in and out or is garbled. I can see the other person fine and get can hear me when I have trouble hearing him. We have also tried MSN and ICQ and had the same problems. Is this a problem with my webcam or is this a DSL problem? I appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks!
Try disconnecting the camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to
the USB port, do so and it should work.
Sometimes it takes a fresh install to clear problems. Worth a try.
