Question about Maytag MAH6700AWW Neptune Front-Load Washer
Maytag MAH4000 does not going to spin cycle. After I replaced Q6 and R11 (R11 is completly burned beyond recoznition ,replaced with 10.30K ohm ). Now the machine going to spinnig cycle , but keeps tumbling after wash cycle is completed.
Make sure that the replacement R11 is in fact connected to pins 1 & 2 of the Q6 triac. If the copper trace on the backside is open on either leg of the R11 to the Q6 then the wax motor will stay energized and that will cause the tumbling after the wash cycle.
See www.neptunehelpsong.com for a new funny song that explains the Maytag Neptune door latch wax motor issue.
