You could use a plastic container however a glass jar with a screw top lid would be much better as they are easier to clean and keep the preserve better.

How do i keep fresh strawberries for use in three days

You can keep it in air tight containers or packets. As when fruits come in the contact with oxygen they start getting rotten and become unhygienic for eating. So, to keep them fresh you can use air tight container and keep in fridge.

I left frozen container of homeade chili on the counter to thaw and forgot it overnight. it's now almost 68 degrees internal temperature. is it safe to eat?

Once you reheat it thoroughly it is fine, but it is best to thaw in the fridge. The rule keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold can keep nasty bacteria at bay if it had gotten contaminated, but it was kept covered.

Paper jam light keeps flashing, but no paper jam can be seen. Won't print .`

Open your printer paper feeder. Then look inside it. There is plastic roll inside it. That is the curlprite. Try to open it. at the last stage you may see a spring that usually is in the plustic rollar's holle. Remove it and re assemble carefully. That's ok.
I think you will be relive from your printer problem.
Thank you.

I have a Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300. I get a paper jam error EVERYTIME even though there is clearly no jam. I scan 1 page fine and the scanner keeps on going as if it's scanning 3-4 more pages and then comes...

I had the exact same problem and here's what I did to fix it. The plastic part that contains the pick roller was dislocated at one side, bending it upwards in the middle. Not very noticeable. But when I slightly pressed down on it it snapped into place. Dislocation probably caused by transport. The upwards bend prevented the empty sensor from working properly. It actually almost blocked the incoming paper and then obviously did not release once the paper was through. Once the plastic part was back in place it was completely flat. Problem solved.

The grinder is jammed... how do I dismantle machine to unclog the grinder?

Unsure how dismantle the whole grinder but there are two screws holding in a round part in the beans container, undo these two make sure you dont drop a screw inside, then lift of the plastic round cover and see if you can see what has jammed it, if you see nothing keep fingers back turn on machine and then try with no beans see if it spins

There is a sensor that registers the presence of toner in the plastic container. Remove the container and blow out the sensor. Also, the container has a plastic window that can get dirty with toner - clean the container and the plastic window which is part of the container head and screws into the container body. It is better to unscrew carefully and clean with soap and water. Allow to dry properly.

you can also get the service manual to help with future errors and the like from the link below but first try my suggestion:

My air conditioner is leaking water

The air conditioner have water runs into the plastic container and when the container is full of water the weight will switch off the whole unit until you empty this container.
The tube that deliever the water into this plastic container blocked up with dirt that stop the water runs into the container and overfill the condenser drain pan that water runs all over the floor. Clean this condenser pan outlet and the connecting tube then you will be ok.

I keep getting an error message on my printer for a CARRIAGE JAM. THe message says to open door, clear carriage jam and press OK to continue. I've followed the HP steps and no luck. Can anyone help?

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

If you have verified that there is no obstruction, nothing preventing the carriage from moving, then most likely fault is dirt, ink smudge or bits of paper on the encoder strip. The encoder strip would be the narrow long plastic strip with barcode like markings. These has to be clear in between markings as they serve as guide for the carriage to tell the printer where the print head is. Cleaning could be done with a soft cotton cloth that leaves no lint.

Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.
