They can be made out of a lot of things but most are copper, Teflon or tin.

THE GREEN FRY PAN DOES NOT CLEAN AS SHOULD BE.WE;;

I'm convinced that actually all these "non-stick" pans are scam. All of them look very nice at first and then they start to stick and get black. I have the same problem with rather expensive ceramic nonstick "marvel" I bought last year.
Some time ago I bought a really good nonstick pan but it is very big - 15"! After I found out that it was what I've been looking for, never could find the same type in a smaller scale.
So, I presume, just should continue testing till we get the real one

My eggs stick

Re-season the frying pan following the directions that came with the pan. If that doesn't work, send it back to the mfgr or take it back to the store you bought it from asking for a swap.

What is the difference between cooking with a frying pan and using a wok to make stir fry.

A carbon-steel wok will give better results than a frying pan if you want to make a good stir fry. Not just from a taste point of view but also because it's much easier to flip the food around in a wok. In a frying pan it just shifts it to the other side and a key point of stir fry cooking is the movement.

Why can't you use metal utensils on a Teflon pan?

You shouldn't use any material like a rough sponge or a metal spatula on a Teflon frying pan because they can scratch. Once scratched, it can release a component that is believed to be cancerous.
