New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Prestige SE28W microwave makes a peculiar arcing noise whenever it's plugged in even when it's not being used.Has been like this for months, yet works fine

It's not wise to power up a microwave with covers off--the main operating system is a magnetron tube---this runs the show---some mfg don't have it shielded except by the cover assembly--being exposed while on is dangerous---"random microwaves"---your buzz is puzzling coming from the touch panel--this usually operates on low voltage(5v)---have you at anytime wiped/washed it down with a lot of cleaner/water/coffee/spilt/roof leak/etc etc --this may have seeped behind the touch panel causing a improper connection amongst the sensors---most are sealed but some are not---was this ever dropped---did you have an electrical storm or a brown out before this situation began---if so leave unplugged for 48 hours and then plug it back in---in addition have you check your owner's manual for electrical issues and or mfg on line---also did this have a sounder(bell-buzzer-chime) to let you know whenever your cooking cycle ended as this may be it and it has become inadvertently "stuck on" as it were---another thought is has this been move from one area of the house to another and you are using a different receptacle---there maybe a polarization issue with the receptacle---this is the best I can think of for the moment---Oh there always one solution---you could take a hammer to it but then you would have to get another microwave but you would have some satisfaction

Sorry, but from your post, could you please clarify what is meant by these several numbers and which is the actual model number:

- CB125
- KES
- AUT
- 3AA
- 150701678

I'm not sure at this point whether you're talking about some brand that's called Prestige or a Panasonic brand line which is called Prestige.

But either way, we'd be happy to help if we can know which specific brand and model number you have.
