The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Want to change hold music how do i do it

Panasonic hold music comes from an external source (if it's programmed properly) that connects to the EXT MUSIC port of the KSU. A 7730 phone is an analog device, most likely plugged into a TA series box in the back room. Depending on how it's mounted, the jacks are under the cover on the top or the right side of the box. There will be 11 modular jacks on the base cabinet (3 lines 8 exts) a page port and the music port (both 1/8" jacks).

Wherever that cable goes is your music source.

I dont know how to download songs from my PC to USB. pls teach me.

if you open up where your songs are stored

insert your unit into the usb

then go to the song/songs highlight them right click them and send to your usb unit

open the box where songs are stored but make the box smaller by clicking the square box symbol up in the top right hand side of the music box and then go down one of the sides of the same box hover your mouse slowly over the edge until it changes to a left & right arrow
then click on it and drag it to make it smaller

then go to my computer find the usb unit open that and do the same to that box so that you then have two boxes opened on your desktop

then go to the music box hightlight the music and simply drag over into the usb box

thats it

How to remove old music from your ipod and add new songs. How do you add songs that you only wants

before connecting ipod to your computer, open itunes and click on the EDIT menu then PREFERENCES, then click on the DEVICES tab, check the settings that prevent ipod from syncing automatically Box and click on OK.

Now connect your ipod and wait for itunes to detect and display tour ipod, click on your ipod on the left column and CHECK Manually manage music box
you will see an arrow right before the ipod icon, click on the arrow ad it should expand, select MUSIC and now UNCHECK the box of every music you want to remove from the ipod and the old ones and go back to your ipod music menu and CHECK the SYNC MUSIC box then select the SYNC PLAYLIST, GENRES, ARTIST.

now you are manually managing your ipod and syncing only the songs you want.
Make sure you check the box of only the music you want to sync in your itunes library so that it will not sync all the music in your library to your ipod.

I need a music box for the Small Wonders Dino mobile from K-Mart, where can I find them?

My experience is that it is really hard to get just the music box when they stop working fro the mobile...
Some stores are more willing to accept that this is a problem and give you just the music box to a low price as a service... mostly you need to buy the whole set new..

Good Luck! :)

I can't figure out how to attach the musical part to the top piece and I have a round open white part that I'm not sure where it goes...The instructions in box appear not to be for same mobile

The mobile clips to the side of the crib, and the long white shaft extends up and then out over the crib, ending in the hook. The music box (with the dial and on/off switch) clips onto the hook, and then the two perpendicular arms of the mobile itself meet and clip onto the lower hook on the music box.

Hope that helps!

Panasonic KX-T7730 Corded Phone

If you truly have music, it comes from a box plugged into the cabinet. The unit could be made by several manufacturers, or could be a CD player. If the talent is music with alternating male and female voices saying "thank you for holding we appreciate your business", etc. then it's probably an OHP-6000 that comes with Message software.

If you have "tones" on hold, then you need to acquire a music on hold box and make a couple of programming changes to set it up. MOH boxes and messages can be found by search engine. The keywords on hold music will get you 19 million hits.
