If your computer shows you the little yellow triangle (limited connectivity) then you might have to reset the source of your internet, the modem if you can access it, by unplugging the power for 30 seconds. then reset your router by unplugging the power for 30 seconds so it can aquire a new IP address if you get the internet through dynamic settings. The router could also have a bad ethernet internet port. If you can connect to the router wirelessly and tried resetting it and if you can get internet being directly hooked up to the modem or source of internet such as a wall outlet...then your router may be bad.....if it is a Belkin...then it was junk to begin with.

I get a yellow triangle

Usually mean you are not connected to the internet either not to the internet modem or the modem is not connected. Try a fresh LAN cable between the modem and router. Make certain your modem is connected to the internet and working - if not check with your internet provider. Reboot you router.

The final solution is a factory reset of your router. You can do a factory reset by logging into the router using you browser. Go to the settings and perform a factory reset

If you forgot the router password, you ill have to do a factory reset by locating a small hold on the back of the router and insert the tip of of paper clip for about 10 seconds while the power is on. The router will be reset to out of box status and then you can ssets-up form scratch.
