Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Why does a manage add-ons window open when I connect to IE9?

It's designed to do so. This will happen every time unless you disable add-ons permanently.

How do I find my browser history?

To view past history in IE9 simply press Ctrl+Shift+H when the IE9 window is selected. If that did not work or you need clarification just let me know!

From What? IE9? Open Control Panel, open Internet Options, open the Programs tab, click on Manage Add ons, In Toolbars and Extentions, disable ALL unnessary Toolbars, in Search Providers, delete ALL except Google, in the left bottom of page Check the two boxes. Close, return to Control Panel, open Programs and Features, Uninstall the Toolbars from your computer.

have you tired a restore to take your computer back to before you installed the IE9

go to start
go to all programs
go to accessories
go to system tools
go to system restore
in system restore click restore my computer to a earlier time & click next, then find the day you installed IE9 & see if there's a day before ie9 that you can go back to
good luck

My internet explorer 9 shuts down half the time i try to download an image file. Sometimes it opens multiple IE pages never gets the desired page to open...

First thing I would try and do is uninstall and reinstall IE9. make sure to download the latest version first before uninstalling. If that doesn't work you may want to consider using firefox or google chrome.
Thank you,
Lee

IE9 I have to click at least 3 times on any link in order to get directed to it, and the page sometime does no completely load and have to refresh few times. what is the deal?

Try installing another Browser like Firefox or Opera if the problem is still there it's your connection if it stops is your settings in Explorer, or a added third party software that is slowing your connection down.

Www.walmart.com/pharmacy I open site and login and it asks for DOB (Date of Birth)I enter it and then IE wont run script Keeps going back to signin page instead of advancing. Just cycles back and forth...

no pc stated (hp what>? model)
Vista
came with IE7 and IE9 updated is best. and last. IE9 needs SP2 loaded.
best means max allowed on VISTA.
running IE9 are you, ? most older versions of IE are not supported
now at most top web sites, due to expliotation weaknesses.
I would AVOID ALL IE , of any kind, IE11 will not loan on VISTA.
all IE version are not supported by MS now, they are all DEAD.]
means each day forward, IE will be exploited more... by the bad guys. Time to upgrade or drop IE period.

Run FF V55 ONLY. (my recommendation to you)

Run EDGE. (personally I lothe it) , not on XP or vista , can't do that.
Run FF, v55+
never use IE again, in fact forget it ever existed.
IMO

answer 2:
  1. your unstated OS is infected. corruption, reload it?
  2. your IE6 is full of malware rendering it useless like most are.
  3. or someone turned off javascrept in your IE brower.
  4. running vista with out SP2 loaded.

even back in 2010 many top web sites said
each web site in time dropped IE6, the 7 then 8,
they had to.
google IE8 support dropped
google same IE9 , id say most web sites support 9 and up.
so why not use IE9.....

upgrade to 9
or remove it and reinstall it if 9 if failing

and last read the offical page on wamart support
they do not support all browers 2001 to now, no.
