My black water sewer system is clogged from the toilet down to the hose - how do I safely unclog it

You can try taking up the toilet to get access to underneath. Get a hose and try to pressure it out , by putting a towel into the opening with the hose and turn it on by holding the towel in place and be ready for back pressure which in turn will blast out the drain. This can be sloppy but effective.

I have a EcoFlush B8100 and it does not want to flush even if i turn the knobs.

First check the filter in the supply line ( this is where the hose from your house hooks into the tank ( inside the tube( tank side) (youll need needle nose pliers) pull out screen and flush screen with water. if that doesn't work ....change the flush cartrage with a B8106 replacment( its the thing in the middle under the tank lid that has hoses comeing out). You have a ecoflush system that is covered for 10 years from the manufactorer. call 1-800391-9821...I have 301 of these in a hotel and im the chief engineer.. good luck... there easy to change

EcoQuantum B8100 is junk in my opinion. There is an obvious design flaw in the handle. The flush/no flush problem lies there. If you contact the company, you can get another handle from them, and problem will be solved. However, it WILL happen again in a year or so, and you will come full circle. Their number is 1-800-391-9821.

Cold water ok, no water flow from hot water lines.

Bypass valve incorrectly set
obstruction or dirty tank
plugged line - lime or other! does cold flow into tank ok?
Tank is split water going somewhere you can't see - this should be obvious.

There is not really anything to obstruct the flow normally so there
would have to be an obstruction somewhere. Lime, junk, garbage etc build up .
On my coach I have lots of pressure on the cold side so hot would have to have the same unless there is an obstruction into or out of the tank. If in the bypass position you have sufficient flow than the lines are ok and the problem or obstruction is in the tank itself. Drain the tank, leave the bottom plug out, open up the pressure relief valve. Turn on the water and see if you get a lot of water draining from the drain hole on the tank. There should be a lot of water coming out of the drain hole. If so that tells you that your getting sufficient flow into the hot water tank. If so your problem is the water getting out of the tank. Like a clogged return line or an obstruction from the water tank to the faucet. A dirty scale lined tank can do a number on tank water flow. Also check to see if the water is going somewhere else, your tank could be split and you just can't see where the water is going!
