you may have encountered a VGA cable not properly installed to the VGA ports....try to reconnect the VGA cable, properly installed from the VGA port of the LCD to the onboard VGA port of the motherboard and restart computer... less pressure applied to each and every end of VGA connectors to VGA ports may sometimes affect the display of the screen causing to red, pink blue screen output....hope this help...

Some time uninstall the software "mobile partner" plug out your modem reboot your computer after the booting process come to quiet then stick the modem into usb slot it will install the software "mobile partner" again
Sometime these can solve the problem
Notice: write down all setting you have made on mobile partner although normally during the uninstall of mobile partner the setting won't be deleted, that mean after reinstall of mobile partner, the setting parameter is still available. But just for safe, i write the setting down.
Sometime some virus like activity prevent mobile partner from working properly.
Checkout the last software you installed, maybe uninstall them can solve the problem.
Your new Foxconn motherboard Primary Graphics Adapter settings in set to onboard vga that is why there is no display in your monitor. Do not install yet your agp video card. Use first the onboard vga of the motherboard. Power up your computer and go to the BIOS settings. Locate in bios about the Primary Graphics Adapter settings and then select AGP. Save changes and the exit. Turn off your computer and now install the agp video card.
Getting high resolution on your new monitor are the best knowledge to identify if it is high resolution. Resolving your problem is see to it that your using such VGA Resolution of your built-in VGA or AGP VGA Card install with the software properly. And use DirectX 9.0 or 10 version to help your graphic resolution works. Good luck!
go to start
type in msconfig
and disable all services and starts
install ur vga driver
when it says u need to reboot prior vga driver than dont
go again in msconfig
enable all what u have disabled and press ok than reboot
when ur system start the vga driver is loaded in the services and wil work properly
if this wil not work than there is a program in the background that u wont let the vga driver install
than u go again in the msconfig and there u disable one by one the servicers and starts
that means disable the hook in the tab press ok and reboot and try to install the vga driver
its a long process but so u will find the software thats blocking ur install
Assuming you have already installed the AGP driver for the motherboard, you will have to start the pc in safe mode (F8) on boot up, to start in VGA mode only and see if the graphics are ok.
If it boots into VGA mode then the card itself is ok, but the card driver and agp motherboard driver, if not already; will need to be installed at this point because im assuming you were not able as you were getting the fault on screen.
