Question about Acer Aspire 5520-5908 Notebook
Hi all. I've had my laptop for just over 6 months and everything was fine (apart from the touchpad having a mind of its own!) Just before Christmas I noticed that webpages were freezing or taking age to load or not at all.......however, other laptops in the house were working fine so it was not the internet connection, so the only remedy seemed to be was to reboot the laptop, however occasionally as it would boot back up the whole system would just close down, after a few minutes I would turn it on and it would go to the Windows Error Recovery page.
However, I did this last night but instead of "Start Windows Normally" and went on to "Launch System Repair" as it was being recommended and it said something about Volume Memory Corruption" but there were no corrections for me to make or anything so there were no changes made. However, now I can not get onto Windows. I keep getting back to the Windows Recovery Error page and its driving me mad.
Has anyone got any ideas what is wrong? Many thanks!
Can you click "start" usually on the right bottom screen? if you can, then there will be a list of all your programs. at the very bottom there is a search bar. There, type in "system restore." after going though this process, your computer should be normal.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
