The IBM beep code indicates no power, loose card, or short. Was the computer unplugged when you removed the module? The first thing I would do is remove all modules, blow out any dust in the memory slots, and reinsert all. While you are in there insure any cards, sound, video, are firmly seated.

Remove the hard drive and RAM. See what it does. It should go into BIOS and complain. If it doesn't you have a motherboard issue as it won't POST.

Netvista 6350 lost screen connection after BIOS password reset

If there a separate AGP Video Card in the system? If so, is there also a VGA connector on the motherboard? If you have both, try swapping the screen over to the other one. You may have reset the default video card back to the motherboard.

However, it looks as though you are using onboard video as you appear to be using 256Mb shared RAM for the video memory as your total should be 1536Mb.

In that case, you may need to do a rurther BIOS reset. You can find the complete instructions here

Beeping sound is generally associated with RAM or your Display card. See that the Memory is not loose and it is working properly. Ditto for the graphics card. Re-check. If it still does not work, replace the RAM / Graphics card whichever is faulty.
