Question about Durabrand DWT1905 TV
Have tried 3 times; am totally frustrated! I have large basement apt., and NO CABLE of any kind. But I believe I have hooked up my converter box correctly, and disconnected it on three occasions BECAUSE I CANNOT GET A PICTURE!!! HELP!!!
The converter must have an "analog pass-through" feature to view existing stations until the changeover.
Not all of the 'approved' boxes had the feature and you didn't include the model number so we could check for you.
If you were dependent on an outdoor antenna, you will still need it for the (any) converter box.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
