Question about NetGear WGR614 Wireless Router
Hi did you change the password? To login type either http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 in your address bar in your web browser.
The routers username is admin, the default password is password or (for older routers) 1234
Try the default username and password before resetting the router to the factory defaults.
If these don't work you will need to reset the router, but be advised that by doing this you will loose all your ISP settings. So make sure have a way of restoring them. You can either do this manually by going to your ISP's website and making a note of the settings or by using an installation disk that you got from your ISP.
DO NOT RESET UNLESS YOU HAVE A MEANS OF DOING THIS AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AFTER!
If the router was not cleared, try these additional steps AFTER the router has finished rebooting.
Hope this helps.
