Question about Samsung SGH-U700 Cellular Phone
My samsung sgh-u700 just developed this strange problem. The touch sensitive keys remain lit (number keys does not), but there's no display. It simply hangs. when i remove and replug the battery, the same happens. Lights will go on instantly but does not respond to switching on.
When I plug the device via usb without battery and sim, instead of the flickering lights I still get the lit keys. Hence i can't even update the firmware.
How can I resolve this?
Thanks I have a similar scenario. I couldn't reboot the phone earlier because then I knew I would go offline and wouldn't be able to go back online. I finally had to reboot the phone but since I haven't been able to activate sim password despite being able to input the digits. The touch keys are constantly on but no display. I eliminated the display by pressing any of the keys on the keyboard for any display and result was positive.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
