i had problems with my laptop and i reinstalled windows xp in it (what
disks dell sent me) now i cannot burn dvds.... and i cant find my
program to burn them.... before i reinstalled the windows xp i had all
that programs... now i found a free dvd burner software and now it
keeps telling me that i dont have a blank disk for the dvd..... i
bought brand new dvd+r disks......do i not have a dvd burner or did i
do something wrong when i redone it......... my driver is a SONY
CDRW/DVD CRX835E ...... please help me..... thanks in advance
