Question about Panasonic CQ-DP383U CD Player
I recently bought a new battery for my car. It looked just like the old one, but to my dismay when I hooked the cables up the pos and neg were opposite from my original battery, so when I hooked them on the car stared to smoke! I immediately took them off, but now my radio won't work. Someone told me I either fried the diodes or the security system needs to be reset. I live really far from any dealers. Please help!
Check the fues on the back of the cq dp383u you will have to pull out the deck itself there a 15amp fuse beside the wireharness it might have blowen if not the unit is more than likely fried but check with a audio shop for testing
