Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W170 Digital Camera
I recently purchased a Sony 10.1 Mega Pixel Cyber-Shot W170 and up until now it has been working great. I was taking pictures with it the other day when the battery died. I didn't charge it immediately because I didn't need too, but now today, about a week later, I can't get my computer to recognize the camera. I've tried rebooting, multiple ports, and other simple trouble shooting things. I just cannot get the camera to turn on or the computer to recognize it. Any suggestions?
You have to take out battery from camera and charge it in battery charger that included in camera box.then power it on connect camera with pc by using cable then insert cd in pc cd rom and install soft&drivers.
