Hello if the page is set as your start page, delete it in your internet settings.
And set another page ( www.google.com ) as startpage then click apply and ok.

Here is how you do it in internet explorer:

I think you also have a trojan or malware remove with this:

Update the virus definition and preform a full scan of you harddrive.

Good luck

How do i get rid of http://websearch.calcitapp.info/

You may have a virus, malware, adware, a browser hijacker, or pups (potentially unwanted programs). Tap F8 when you are booting, select "Safe Mode With Networking". Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can\'t do the download on your machine, do it on a friend\'s, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found. Good luck.

M3plugin.dll

m3plugin.dll is part of Websearch software. As I know it is malware. Try to uninstall all websearch product, also you can delete it from stratup like this:
Click on START - click run - type msconfig and hit Enter. In the Startup tab look for m3plugin.dll or websearch, uncheck them and restart your computer.
