Question about HP 386209-001 Keyboard
Go to the device manager and scroll down to the keyboard. Uninstall the keyboard and reboot the laptop, make sure that the laptop has an internet connection, when the laptop reboots it will reinstall the keyboard and maybe even search for an updated driver and hopefully this will clear up the problem.
