Water-picks - also known as oral irrigators, or hydro-flossers - use a fine, high-pressure jet of water to remove trapped debris from teeth. This helps prevent the build-up of plaque when used in conjunction with brushing and floss.

These jets are also known as oral irrigators or water picks. You use them at home to get rid of plaque and leftover food from your teeth and gums. It works by streaming water at a high pressure.

Why does braun oralB water Jet leak under the tank ?

The two most obvious causes are a dirty or damaged gasket or fitting.
The tank can be inverted and serve as a cover to keep the unit clean on most dental irrigaters.
There is a 'tube' that sticks up when used as a cover that fits into an opening on the unit when inverted to use as the tank. There is a plastic gasket on that tube. If it is dirty, clean it with hot water. If it is damaged, or if the opening that it fits into is scratched you will probably need to replace the entire appliance.

My waterpik ultra cordless dental water jet is 15 months old (warranty says 2 years). It will not hold a charge. I charged it over 12 hours and it will not work.

yes it would be covered, just google the product name and click on the company website, scroll down and click on contact us and you should be able to take care of it there.

Contact the manufacturer for a replacement product, if it is not holding a charge the battery is dead. which is a defect in the product. Nothing else you can do.

This dental rinse product is not shooting water out the jet.

The problem is solved - the appliance started to work (water is shooting out the jet) . I didn't do anything but wait overnight. I guess it needed time to wake up after a long sleep. :-)
