Compressor thermister error

You will need to replace the compressor thermistor which is just a temperature dependent resistor - a wire going to a metal tube about 1 inch long. They usually come as an assembly of several of them that terminate at a single connector and plug into the controller board. Should be cheap to obtain and fairly easy to install. just make sure power is isolated for 10 mins before exposing any circuit boards.

Drain line obstructed Fujitsu split unit aircon model ASA12ASHTW

The best way to clear the drain line is by using a shop vac and sucking out the blockage and the water. This will make sure all the goop in there comes out. Let me know if you need anything else.

Replace the batteries on the remote,

Simply continue sliding front panel down until it stops. At this point, move same panel left to right and apply further pull down pressure. Panel will now be removed from controller and reveal batteries.
Hope this helps, Ash.
