Fruits or cut up veggies are great. Maybe a granola bar or some mixed nuts. Pretzels are pretty kid-friendly too.

What are the best party foods for kids birthdays?

It depends on the age, but I suggest you keep it simple. The kids don't notice the food, my daughter hardly ever eats at parties!
I do hotdogs or mini pizzas.Make your own hamburger works if they're old enough. For the snacks try keep it healthy. Make sure there's fruit.
Popcorn is always a hit too.
I try to make sure I have a vegetarian option too. And I try have no nuts: choke and allergy risk!!

Are vegetable chips healthy?

Though they may have fewer calories than regular potato chips, they really aren't expecially healthy. I would try raw vegetables instead like carrots, bell peppers, and cucumber.

I have a 10 year old and Id like to give him a nutrition bar for school. What nutrition bars do you recommend?

There are some nutrition bars that are made specifically for the dietary needs of children. Personally, I give my 12 year old son Clif Kid Zbar and he really likes it! Most importantly, these bars are very healthy, as they are 95% organic and contain 12 essential vitamins and minerals.

Is popcorn a healthy snack food?

Yup! Has hardly any calories and is tasty. Unless you buy the kind with tons of butter and everything. But the regular type is great. Or even pop it yourself!
