Question about HP LaserJet 3030 All-In-One Printer
I've installed a brand new cartridge to replace existing cartridge (which is still good as well) but am getting an error message saying that there is no cartridge in place. help! thanks
Those cartridges have a little chip that tells the printer that it's there. Check the contacts on the cartridge. If the old one is still recognized and the new one is not, then return the new one and get it exchanged.
