Bowflex has a service manual for the TC10 that includes walking belt replacement instructions, If you call customer service they should be able to email the whole manual or just the belt replacement steps.
There is a service manual available by email from Bowflex, if you contact them they will send it to you. It includes troubleshooting steps. In this case it is most likely that you will need to re-position your speed sensor (instructions with pictures are in the service manual)
I know of no web source either, bowflex does not have it listed in there manuals section. The only solution is too contact the seller and ask for the manual, as it is supposed to come with one, or contact Bowflex customer service and ask them for a copy.
