Go into settings. Then phone profiles. Press on the arrows next to your chosen profile, ie "normal" and then at the top right of your screen is a drop down menu where you can choose from "incoming call", "new messages" or "phone sounds". Select "phone sounds" and then set the phone sound volume to 0. Hope this helps! You can also turn off the power on and power off melodies from this screen too.

Screen freezing touch screen not working samsung pixon

The problem is a faulty contact from the touchscreen leading to the phone board.
On the right side of the phone were the volume buttons are, under the touchscreen is the screen's contact. Try "detaching the screen's face a little from the phone body exactly at the volume down button(using your fingernail or something) and see if the touchscreen is responding in anyway. Now try to pull a little bit the touchscreen frame from the rest of the chassis and see if it works.
Be careful though not to totally destroy your phone...

How can I get a pulse phone to work on a tone system?

Basically, there is no way. The pulse system is what is simarial to the 'old rotary phones, and in today world, the system is dependent on the 'keytones' to establish a connection. Sorry!

When I turn my samsung m8800 pixon mobile phone on it says phone lock password. i want to know how to remove it as i have forgot the password to it. my email address is azy200721@hotmail.co.uk

you will either have to find an online unlocking company who will unlock it, or have your provider unlock it. You only get three chances to unlock it.

unplug and reconnect the handset cord. if that does not help pry open the handset and check the earpiece connectors (unplug and reconnect them). sometimes connectors get tarnished and just need to be unplugged and reconnected.
