My Proform 785 will not unfold even after I have pulled the latch. Is there something else I need to do to unfold it?

How i unfold it?

There is allot of weight on the "Storage Latch". You may need to push forward on the treadmill a bit, pull the black knob, then slowly let the machine unfold. Taking the weight off the "Storage Latch" will make it easier to release the latch..
