Exercise is probably the best solution for your back pain. Walking regularly and do some light exercise. Don't sleep based on back. Sleep left or right side. If you can't tolerate pain, then used miner dose of tramjet 50 mg.

Do some regular exercises like walking and swimming. Applying heat and cold to your back may help. Don't sit and stand for long hours. Sleep on your side, not your back. Keep one or both knees bent.

Exercise is probably the best solution for your back pain and it's also something non-invasive that wont hurt the baby. Try walking and swimming as they are both gentle forms of exercise. It's also a great idea to get a stretching routine that you can use every day to help keep your body supple despite the changes.

Okay so me and my significant other are trying to conceive. We had unprotected sex a few days before my ovulation day and the day after.?

Your early pregnancy test is not going to tell you now if you are pregnant or not. You need to wait until 7 days after your period would usually start to take a pregnancy test, even an early pregnancy test.

The symptoms that you described could be PMS; they could also be brought on by stress (which you might have worrying about if you are pregnant or not); additionally, you mentioned discharge but not what color it is. If the discharge is brown it is old blood that your body is getting rid of; if it's white or yellowish in color it's an infection; if it's pink or red spotting, it could be breakthrough bleeding which might occur instead of your period.

The symptoms you described are also very common with a ******* tract infection. Especially the frequent urination. Have you take an over the counter test for a UTI? I recommend you do that first, before you take another pregnancy test.

I wish you the best of luck, try not to worry. Wait until your period has passed (whether you get it or not) before you start worrying!

Can relaxation techniques help with lower back pain in pregnancy. I am trying to avoid taking any drugs, even the ones that they say are safe for the baby?

Relaxation techniques are a great thing to learn. You can use it to help you counter any stress from back pain but then will also be able to use it in pregnancy. Another good suggestion are hot and cold compresses. You can soak in a warm bath or put a hot water bottle on your back. You can alternate between hot and cold compresses.

My wife is pregnant and she suffers abdominal pain.what are the common problem/stomach pain during pregnancy period.

This is an extremely common side effect of pregnancy. During pregnancy you have a few reasons for this:
1) Increase in progesterone, decreases the contractility of smooth muscle. Smooth muscle is what makes up the bulk of your Gastrointestinal Tract. This decreased contractility will lead to nausea, constipation and sometimes cramping.
2) Increase in abdominal size will lead to pressure on the GI tract especially the stomache causing heart burn and slowed emptying of the stomache.

Good Luck! I hope this helped!

I have very tight pain across my lower abdimon. I have also not had mt perriod for 2 months. I have done 2 pregnancy tests and they have come back negative. Could there be other issues.

For some women home pregnancy test kits do not work. It would be best to visit a doctor and have a blood hCG, pregnancy, test done. There is a danger of ectopic, outside the womb, pregnancy which could cause the pain. It could be something as simple as an infection that's causing your problem but you need to visit a doctor and get it sorted out.
