When i play a disc on my samsung HTE8200 blu ray soundbar it sticks

You will need to replace the player, they are no repaired except under factory warranty.

The opic unit is dirty/dusty or faulty,it can be cleaned or replced

Blu-ray require a higher speed when playing a disc so they can produce the hd picture, making the demands on the motor much greater.

run a cleaner thru the dvd player, also before putting in a disk, wipe disc fro center out, never in a circuler motion

Does it do the same thing with every blu-ray, or just one?
It sounds like a dirty lense or disc.
Have you tried a lense and/or disc cleaner yet?

You mechanism system is stuck. Please open the cover of your player and has it cleaned.

I think the problem is for this the disc may be damaged. Or dont use copies this freezez and ruines the system, there may be a microchip problem i sugest return it and ask for compesasatin

I have had this problem a few times myself with clients players. A power down usually helps but only temporarily.

You may have to apply an update. There's a key used to decrypt the content on Blueray discs that changes from time to time in an attempt to thwart piracy. Updating involves visiting the manufacturer's(Samsung) website, downloading the update onto a USB stick, and starting the player with the USB stick inserted.
