Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
Hi, My Samsung CLP-300 Laser Colour Printer has a unprinted print job blocking the printer queue. the status of this job says 'Deleting - Sent to printer'. We can't print anything since this job has blocked the printer queue. We've tried to cancel the print job on the Administrator PC, but it's still sat there...
Please can you advise what we shall do next.
THere is an easier solution.
Restart the printer spooler service. THis solves problems very often

Reboot pc with CLP-300, than cancel the job...
