I am looking for a high quality ready to drink meal replacement. Which ones are good?


My two favorite ready to drink meal replacements are the EAS Myoplex and the Met-Rx Original meal replacement drink. Both of these products I prefer the chocolate flavor. As far as nutrition goes, they are very similar:

They both contain a high amount of protein (EAS contains 42 grams and Met-Rx contains 40 grams of protein).

They contain similar amount of calories- EAS contains 310 calories, while Met-Rx contains 260 calories.

They both contain 20 grams of carbs with only 2 grams of sugar.

They both contain over 20 minerals and vitamins
