Well, unfortunately, it is hard. If it were really that easy, we'd all be perfectly shaped and happy with our bodies. That just isn't the case, so we know that moving more and eating less is a great start but it takes more.

My teenage daughter wants to start using diet pills. Is that ok?


I would be seriously concerned about letting my daughter take diet pills. They are not meant for use in youngsters and have some serious side effects including containing stimulants that can be addictive and mess around with a growing body. They can also cause insomnia and high blood pressure.
