Hi, First turn off and unplug your coffee maker. Unscrew the two screw holding the outlet and remove it. you can follow the service manual for help.

Error 8 indicates a technical fault. Try switching off the main switch for about 1 minute and then start it up again. If the error message persists, you will have to have the machine serviced. The most common fault would be that the machine is blocked.
