Try nyo po palitan ung Toner then post po kayo dito ng details kung ano nangyari.. ano po bang ginawa ninyo bago po mangyari ang problema na to? nagpalit po ba kayo ng kahit ano sa printer? nabagsak po ba? pakibigay po ung details.
Try resetting the nvm settings (Pag 3 of the attach PDF under Support Menu >> Service tool Menu)
And the next time you try to print configure correctly the paper settings on the printer and on the print driver. Please make sure your are configuring the paper weight correctly so that the fuser applies the right heat and pressure.
cant quite understand the type of english used but if the cartridges have been refilled .. the mashine goes through a process of cleaning and realianing the cartridges.if one isnt working then jets have dried out and blocked,in the refil kit is a bottle of solvent,put a bit in saucer,put cartridge in so jets are covered and it will disolve the dry ink
Have you run the maintnance program to clean the nozzles and the alignment utility. If the injects sit for a period they can become clogged or dry out. If you still have problems after running the nozzle cleaning utility, you might try thaking a damp soft cloth and gently wipe off the bottom of each cartridge and also remove the ink carrier and wipe it off.
Hi there, try to stop and restart the print spooler (control panel/Administrative Tools/Services, scroll down until you find Print Spooler, then double click on it. Stop button and then start), and try to print again. If that didn't solve the problem, it must be a printer drivers problem. Try to roll back the old drivers under printer properties.
