My 8320 had the same problem as daisy's. In addition to that..my camera's colors were wacked. Like negative images or something...Anyways..I noticed when my phone was plugged in, the problems disappeared. So i purchased a new (non-OEM..paid like 15$) battery online and the problems disappeared. Has been fine for about two months since doing this.

Background running programs must be the reason for that you must use some start up manager or background application manager to avoid your PC from annoying issues, The one well known and reliable program is Reginout.
The first symptom of an incoming call ringing once then stopping is called trip and ring which is caused by a partial short on the phone line. The second symptom is called crosstalk caused by the two phone lines being shorted to each other. The service provider is most often the cause of these troubles. Often this type of trouble happens during wet weather or shortly after. The third symptom of static on the line cna also be caused by the same conditions. All three symptoms are likely caused by the same trouble from the service provider. Advise you report the trouble to your service provider.
Cell phones transmit the sound as digital data. The data when converted back to analog to listen too CAN have "digitizing noise" which will sound like static.
WORSENING the problem is if there is noise in the background of the person sending the voice and the worst possiblle is to have MUSIC in the background. These both drive the CODEC (the analog conversion system) crazy and will create what you describe. The CODEC is designed to transmit ONLY voice.
the background tone is due to frequency static...the design of the stereo is not good... it lack of noise destortion cirquit..and almost all stereo that is analog usually poor in in design..change the stereo.try stereo that is digital in design..
Check the cables in the back If i remember the Component Red jack is right next to the audio out jacks (also a red jack) if the audio cable is hooked up to the component jacks this will cause a humming static noise
We have a Bosch Nexxt dryer and it, too, squeaks during operation. We have not been able to find a permanent solution for this problem although we've had the repairman come out 3 times now. We have however found a temporary solution that lasts for about a week. We spray Static Guard (in an aerosol can) in the inside lining of the dryer... kind of in the lip of the front. (You shuld be able to feel it if you put your hand right inside the door.) We've just been spraying the static guard all the way around that area and the squeaking stops! Hope this works for y'all. May not be permanent but at least it stops the annoying sqeaking!
1. How old are you phone lines in the house? Check the "main" terminal connections. Clean and reconnect. (Make note how the wires are connected).
2. The power transformers for the phones maybe you trouble also. Unplug all except the main unit. Check each transfer one at a time. Do you have static? One or more may be your problem. Replace the bad ones if needed.
Time for a new phone. Most likely there are some bad solder connections and they could be anywhere. A 2 year old battery should not cause such severe problems so I'd spend the money on a new phone before a new battery.
My first aproach will be to see if the tv reacts to tap on the sides if you see a reaccion when you do it most likely you have a loose conection and need to call someone to find it and resoldered it.Dont do it yourself if you dont know how.
