Access control restrictions messages on a regular basis. all day long day in day out on my MetroPCS cell phone. I am so frustrated trying to use the service I pay $50.00 a month for with this new phone ZTE from MetroPCS. Why can't I call out? If you sell me a phone knowing You don't supply quality service from my home which you're aware of and give me no service to receive a call, why do you expect to get paid the full amount of my bill?
try ringing orange its only £20 to get your unlock code free dodgy codes mess up the phone and no doubt u will have constant problems with it as it affects the main software of the phone, had too many phones come in with these issues lol it'll cost less in the long run if you just pay orange to unlock the handset
It may be for the data services they provide - especially email etc, you will be charged per MB of data sent and received on top of your calling plan. If you are using the browser again there is a charge for the volume of data you are accesing.
