SOURCE: Hi there my benq dlp

This is caused by dust on the lens assembly. If you can remove the lens, clean the surfaces with a lens cloth. That should resolve the problem. It is possible that the there is dust in the optical pathway inside the unit as well. If the cleaning of the lens does not resolve the problem, the unit should be brought in for a professional cleaning. It is not suggested that anyone open up these units as there are fine adjustments that can be changed internally easily that could result in convergence problems.

Why do i need when the projector is getting automatically shutdown

Sounds like an auto-shutdown or auto-sleep setting. Go into your System Setup>Basic Menu and check the settings.

Manual can be found here: http://benq.co.in/support/downloads/download.cfm?file=projector/manual/mp515 st/projector_um_user manual_20100524_151409mp515st 525st_en.pdf

The second computer might not have the screen correct setup. If you have windows 7, simply push the windows button + p at the same time and it will bring up an array of options to connect a projector.

I need more clues. Do you mean that the lamp comes on but there is no picture, or does the unit not switch on at all?

Indicator power n lamp light red together

There is an internal fault condition which is stopping the unit from powering on.
It could be a blockage of the fan, a loose connector, a power supply partial failure, a temperature sensor has died etc.

If you plan to throw it away, rather than get it fixed, then have a look inside for any obvious fan blockages. First make sure the unit is unplugged and has been off for an hour or so.
