if you still can enter bios setup look for the advanced menu in the BIOS for "processor updating" or something like this and set to "disabled". Save the changes.
otherwise your motherboard perhaps is incompartible with cpu
for example cpu 133 and motherboard 100 or 66MHZ
please let me know the result.

SOURCE: bios verify error

Flashing BIOS from Windows can be problematic. It's usually best to boot from a removable disk and flash from DOS. You can make a bootable floppy using Windows XP if you have a floppy disk drive.
Also, your problem may not be a BIOS limitation, it may be a configuration setting in BIOS such as Clock Speed or a Multiplier. Double check those before trying to flash.

How do I fix the Internal CPU error?

It's not glue it's heat transfer paste and gives the best way of getting the heat from the processor to the heatsink and then blown away by the fan.
You don't need a great amount as long as it is an even coating on the top of the processor, and the heatsink is securely fastened down.

Just found ths link to someone with the same error and other people suggest removing the processor and then replace it with another compatible one maybe a 2 core, updating the bios, then replacing the 6 core procssor.

Bios files to update are here: BiosFlash

As I understand it, you tried to upgrade the CPU from 1.86GHz to a 3.00GHz. The error message is stating that the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) cannot recognise the CPU because it is not in the list of supported CPUs. You need to download an updated BIOS (if available) for the particular motherboard in your PC. You will need to get the model number of the motherboard which is usually written on the motherboard. Then go to this web site: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/homeLenovo.do

Search for an updated bios for your motherboard. There should be instructions on how to update the bios.

ASUS K8V-MX motherboard "UNKNOWN PROCESSOR"

There is a processor installed that the BIOS cannot recognize. Update the BIOS in the motherboard.

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_Socket_754/K8VMX/#download

Also make sure the CPU is in the CPU support list, on the same page. If it is not a supprted CPU, you will get that error.

End of the POST "Error

After a month you have probably found a solution. The Power On Self Test is looking for a Basic In Out System update. There is likely hardware on the machine that the system cannot recognize. The bios firmware update can usually be found at the chipset manufacturer's website or at a computer store that sells the NetVista machines. It comes on a CD that installs as a boot disk. Hope this info is still relevant.

Everytime i start my pc there is always an error say cpu ucode error f1 to resume

You need an other BIOS driver.
Intel
P6 and NetBurst micro-architecture microprocessors may contain design
defects or errors known as errata that may cause the product to deviate from
published specifications. Many times, the effects of the errata can be
avoided by implementing hardware or software work-arounds. Errata and work-
arounds are documented in the appropriate processor specification update,
which can be found at www.intel.com. Intel P6 and NetBurst micro-
architecture microprocessors include a feature called "reprogrammable
microcode"
, which allows certain types of errata to be worked around via
microcode updates. The microcode updates reside in the system BIOS and are
loaded into the processor by the system BIOS during Power-On Self Test, or
POST.

No processor bios update

Sounds like you need to flash the BIOS (UPDATE the BIOS).

Do you know how to do this? The way I do it is by setting up a USB key as a boot device and have the FLASH utility on there....

HERE IS A LINK
which contains files to create the FLASH utility either on:

FLOPPY
CD (via ISO IMAGE)

... as well as some guides on what to do and other helpful stuff.

Its worth noting that if you have made any changes to BIOS, they will be restored to the 'factory' settings when you FLASH in the updated BIOS.

This should work, let me know if it doesn't.
