Door stuck

yeah very easy and it should only cost at most about £10 undue the old hinge with the 2screws now the door will have two little covers that held the old hinge in place take these out and make sure u get the broken pieces out of them once u have the new 1 put it on the washer and screw down first and then place the covers on the ends of the hinges and put the door in place now redue the screws on the door

The Inside Handle was Broken (from Iside) ! I had to remove the cover and replace the broken handle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, turn the washing machine off and unplud. Open the flap at the bottom left of the machine. Put a bucket underneath it. Unscrew the cap. Water will pour out - lots of it and very quickly - so make sure you have a bucket underneath it and lots of towels round that.
Once the water has drained out, check there are no blockages in there. You may find that some coins or buttons flush out with the water. That will be your problem.
Once clear, screw the plug back in and turn on machine.

I have the same problem with my Gallery. I can not open it at all. I have tried unpluging it and putting it through another cycle to see if it will open. No such luck. Any suggestions?

these washers have a printed circuit board that is know to burn out some components.If you can locate it and remove it, it can be resoldered at a local electronics shop, if your not confortable, most appliance repair shops can change this board at a reasonable cost. Hope this is helpful
