Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Got utorrent and down loaded ipv6 ,download speed very very slow disabled ipv6 and uninstalled utorrent and re installed utorrent and tryed other torrent downloaders all say ipv6 installed ,done the...

With utorrent you have to go into the options menu at the top right, then click preferences....once in there click on 'Connection'. The information window to the right has some changes you need to make....the first one where it says 'Port used for incoming connections'...change that to 64450 (you can use any random number over a certain range I generally choose one between 62000-64999). Now right below that, make sure the check box 'Add Windows Firewall exception' is checked. Now click 'Ok' and close the program then go and try to download your torrent.

(If you are using a 3rd party firewall program you will need to go in and enter an exception for utorrent manually)

I need to reinstall xp media I have licence code but no disk, where can I get a copy without having to buy it again

First of all, go to and press Free download. Install the program/software. After you have done that, download the torrent from

Save the file to your desktop. Right-click the torrentfile, then press properties, press change next to opens with, locate uTorrent (C:Program FilesuTorrent by default - it's in the uTorrent folder) press OK, check the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" box, click Apply. Then double-click the torrentfile on your desktop, press OK on the box that pops up.You can see a green square in the taskbar (lower right corner), double-click it. There you will see a "Completed" tab on the left side. When the torrent is downloaded, right-click on it and press "Open containing folder". And there you have it.. Download a freeware burning software, and burn the file to a DVD. Remember to use 4x or slower write speed.

Hope this helps.

Hangs with Bittorrent

That is because you need to open a port on router with the same number assigned to your torrent client.

You need to check port number on bittorrent configuration, then access router control panel typing router IP on internet explorer address bar and configure the router to open the port.

Am I right? Well, if you are going to charge me to help, how much you would pay me to pass the solution? Thanks. Dativo Marques
