IS it neccessary to remove all the covers to replace the jet to convert to LPG. There is no front panel access, and tipping it on its side and working from underneath seems unlikely. Is there a repair manual for this

you need to remove the top cover by removing the screws out of the back,then remove the front control panel,then the front door panel and then the lower front access panel,all this needs to be removed to remove the gas line to the burner so you can take the burner tube out to change the gas orfice
When I posted the question, I had not removed the front of the dryer. I thought the gas burner etc. had to be accessed from the back. As soon as I removed the front of the dryer I realized it was all up front and accessable. Conversion was straight forward from that point.
