Short answer, if the motherboard is truly "fried", no. Sorry to say but unless you have access to the full motherboard schematic, and all tools needed (considering these are put together by robots), chances are its cheaper, easier and faster to get another. Check ebay for the best deals, but only purchase from reputable sellers who accept returns, and be very wary of buying used.
