The reason you cannot find any drivers for anything else than windows 98 and 2000, is because it is native supported in newer operating systems like windows xp and newer. You do not need a driver to make it work. Are you shure that the harddisk inside the enclosure is working? Try it in another computer to check if it is working there. You should also try another external eSATA harddrive in your windows xp computer to make shure your eSATA connection is ok.
