Is you camera built in? or separate? try to reinstall the driver of your webcam, but first uninstall it in the device manager panel. note! be sure that your camera is properly connected to the computer. in order to determine that, unplug and reconnect the usb of your webcam, if the computer detects it, then your webcam is connected. Try the first suggestion.
